Comprehensive ENT Care in Manhattan Beach and the South Bay
Dr. Kristin Egan provides compassionate, comprehensive care for children and adults with conditions of the ear, nose, throat, and related facial structures. A dual board-certified specialist in Otolaryngology (ENT) and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Egan trained at Princeton, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, UCSF, and completed fellowship at Upstate Medical University. Since 2011, she has served Manhattan Beach and neighboring communities—helping patients breathe, sleep, hear, and speak better while addressing functional and aesthetic concerns with a unified, thoughtful approach.

Convenient South Bay locations: Manhattan Beach (ENT + cosmetic) and Torrance (cosmetic only)
State-of-the-art technology with minimally invasive techniques when appropriate
Pediatric ENT Expertise
Children's ENT needs are unique. Dr. Egan evaluates hearing, recurrent ear infections, breathing and sleep issues, and nasal/sinus concerns using age-appropriate testing and gentle, family-centered care. Early identification and treatment help support normal speech, language, and developmental milestones.
EarWell Infant Ear Molding
For newborns with ear shape differences, Dr. Egan offers EarWell—an FDA-cleared, non-surgical ear molding system. During the first weeks of life, a baby's ear cartilage is soft and responsive, allowing gentle, painless molding to correct common deformities such as prominent ear, lop ear, cup ear, and Stahl's ear. Treatment is typically worn for about 4–6 weeks and can provide stable, natural-looking correction in many infants when started early, often reducing the need for surgery later.
Pediatric Hearing and Ear Infections
Comprehensive hearing evaluations for all ages, from newborn screenings to advanced testing for older children
Management of recurrent ear infections with medical therapy and, when indicated, ear tube placement to reduce infections and protect hearing
Guidance for parents on speech and language milestones, middle ear fluid, and school/hearing accommodations
Sinus and Allergy Care for Adults
Chronic congestion, facial pressure, recurrent sinus infections, and seasonal or environmental allergies can affect daily life. Dr. Egan provides medical therapy, in-office procedures when appropriate, and advanced endoscopic sinus surgery for patients who need surgical relief. The goal is to restore healthy nasal breathing and reduce infection and inflammation for long-term improvement.
Sleep Apnea Diagnosis and Treatment
Unrefreshing sleep, loud snoring, and daytime fatigue may be signs of obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Egan offers a thorough evaluation and a range of treatments—both non-surgical and surgical—tailored to airway anatomy and patient needs. Improving sleep quality supports overall health, cognition, and cardiovascular wellness.
Voice and Swallowing Disorders
Hoarseness, vocal strain, or difficulty swallowing deserve careful assessment—especially for professional voice users. Dr. Egan evaluates the larynx and throat, coordinates voice therapy when beneficial, and provides targeted medical or procedural treatments to restore comfortable speaking and safe swallowing.
Integrating ENT Care with Facial Plastic Surgery
Because Dr. Egan is dual board-certified, she can address functional concerns—like nasal obstruction—alongside aesthetic goals for harmonious outcomes. Patients benefit from coordinated plans that may include medical care, functional surgery, and cosmetic procedures when appropriate.
